• QR code functionality
If the QR code is available on the Origin ticket, the Automatize Mobile app will scan the QR code at the same time when a driver takes a photo of the ticket and submits it. By scanning the QR code, information about the BOL number, weight, load arrival, load departure, and scan time will be collected and submitted to the server.
• Location tracking updates
To use the Automatize Mobile app efficiently, the driver's location tracking must be set to Always. When logging in to the Automatize Mobile app, drivers need to allow the Automatize to send them notifications and access their location always. Also, drivers need to allow the Automatize to access their location even when they are not using the Automatize Mobile app. The Automatize will assign new loads to them by tracking their location when they use the Mobile app in the background.
Now, on the Account menu, the Online toggle is available only if a driver is not on a load.
